Superceptor
The Superceptor® works in conjunction with an existing in-ground grease trap. Instead of removing grease from a point-source location, the Superceptor serves as a central grease removal system. It is ideal for those facilities that already have an in- ground trap installed into their system, and also best serves those facilities with a slab foundation. There are a variety of installa-tions for the Superceptor. They can be in-stalled in an equipment room, a vault, or even in an exterior location.
