We custom design our services to fit your individual needs as each of you serve different menus, plate counts, and vary in staff sizes.

- Best Management Kitchen Service
Drain line Protection includes the following:
A. We install our flexible, disposable drain nets in your drain lines to prevent food particles and other non organic objects from entering your pretreatment system. Your local service person (franchisee/distributor) will check each of the drain nets weekly and change when necessary.
- We inject a microbial solution into each drain line weekly/biweekly to prevent the build up of oil, grease and other organic substances in your drain pipes.
- We eliminate and prevent the colonization of drain gnats and fruit flies that reside in these areas.
- We eliminate and prevent the presence of foul odor that emits from the build-up of organic substances in your drain lines and other areas.
- Best Kitchen Management and Safety Program
This service includes all of the above benefits, with the addition of our Bio-Care Hygienic Floor Soap. Bio-Care Hygienic Floor Soap’s benefits are as follows:
A. Cleans tile, marble, wood and linoleum floors of restaurants and other business facilities by removing grease, proteins, starch and dirt from floors.

- The Grease Trap Service
Your local franchisee/distributor will manually treat your grease trap weekly/biweekly with our microbial products to eliminate and prevent the build up of Fats, Oil and Grease (FOG’s) that build up at the top of your grease trap and the starches and other organic sediments that accumulate around the bottom portion of the trap. This service also includes the following:
A. The pH is checked and corrected weekly/biweekly to maintain a healthy environment for the colonization of bacterial systems.
- A sludge judge instrument is used to determine the amount of grease on top and sediment around the bottom.
- Inorganics are removed from the trap to prevent blockage between the grease trap and collection system.
- The owner is provided a service tear sheet (receipt) that includes the composition and measurement of the trap content (including pH and other factors) for management and sewage and water board.
- Cleaning Service includes the following:
- Pressure Washing the parking lots, sidewalks and building exterior if necessary. Drain-Net cleaning products for these areas provide for the removal of dirt, oil stains and other organic build-up using products that are both safe and friendly for our environment.
- Hood and Stacks Cleaner
- Cleans hoods and stacks of the restaurant by removing grease, proteins, starch and dirt.
- Imparts a shiny and clean look to hoods and stacks.
